Our Rawhide lamp shades are genuine and custom made to order in the USA. Although this shade comes in a standard size, you can customize the shade size and also add one of our metal designs. Or, add one of your own to bring your own personal touch into a room.
If you have a brand, initials or logo you would like to coordinate into your theme, send us an image and if the size fits we will re-create it for you on your lamp shade. You can also add custom paintings to your shade!

** Due to the custom nature of many of our furniture, decor and fixtures, all sales are final. Once production has begun, cancelled orders forfeit any deposit paid. Any damages incurred in shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery for repair/replacement.

Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. However, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your product, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
